Pre-K & Kindergarten
Daltha Dolanch - Pre-K
Howdy! My name is Daltha Dolanch and I am excited to be embarking on my 7 th year teaching Pre-Kindergarten, my 2nd as a Bronco here at Bailey Elementary School. I grew up and earned my Bachelor of Arts on the east coast, then moved to Nevada in 2004. In 2013, after leaving the corporate world, teaching became a second career for me. I earned a Master of Education in 2015.
The Bailey community has given me such a warm welcome since starting here last year, I can’t wait to greet a new class of Pre-K families and introduce them to all the fun learning opportunities that our school has to offer.
Lynn Lumpkin - Kindergarten
Hello Team Bailey! My name is Lynn Lumpkin. I was born and raised in Montana. I went to elementary and junior high school at Vaughn Elementary School and high school at Simms High School. I played volleyball, ran track, and played on the only State Championship basketball team which led to me getting a full-ride basketball scholarship to Dawson Community College in Glendive, Montana. From Dawson College, I was recruited to Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota where I was voted to the First Team All-Conference NAIA women’s basketball team. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and moved to Las Vegas right after college.
I am a mother to one daughter, who is pursuing a musical career, and I am also her music manager. She has had a few songs on the radio as well is a 17x independent music award winner. I started out as a substitute teacher at CCSD, after teaching at a private school for 10 years. I then became a full-time support staff at Bailey Elementary in 2014. From there, I have been working on my ARL and have finally received my ARL license to teach! I love Bailey and I look forward to teaching at my homeschool for many years to come!

Kristen Phipps - Kindergarten
Hello Bailey Broncos! My name is Kristy Phipps and I’m so excited to be starting my second year as a Bailey Bronco. I was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin and moved out to Las Vegas to begin my teaching career. I am beginning my 15th year teaching in CCSD for the 2020-2021 school year. I have taught at 4 different schools in the valley, and grades K, 1, 2, and 5. I have learned that kindergarten is where I belong!
My free time is spent with friends and family. I enjoy spending weekends hanging out with friends over coffee, out walking, or out shopping. During breaks you can find me back home in Wisconsin spending time with family. I love anything related to Wisconsin! Cheese, the Packers, the Brewers, and the University of Wisconsin Badgers are some of my favorites. I also love hockey and the Vegas Golden Knights! Baking is my stress relief. You can almost always find me in my kitchen at some point over the weekend.
Some of the goals for this year I have are to give your child the academic tools he or she needs to progress to 1st grade, to learn new skills, to make new friends, discover new interests, and to have fun while learning.
